Turnkey Power Plants

HPI is fully capable of providing turnkey power plant project solutions including operations and maintenance components, and complete PEMC and supervisory capabilities including all of the civil works and site construction efforts associated with the project.

The facility can be designed to utilize a variety of frame and/or aero-derivative gas turbine powered generator sets for simple or combined cycle operation. Alternatively, provisions for conversion to combined cycle operation at a later date. Clean-burning sales line quality natural gas can be utilized as fuel in the gas turbine powered generators to produce electricity. The gas turbine engines can be equipped with a water fogging system which will reduce the combustion air temperature by evaporation. This system increases engine output and improves efficiency.

All water consumed in the power generation and other on site purposes can be brought to a convenient terminal point within the plant perimeter. A Water Treatment Facility with appropriate water clarification, filtration, and reverse osmosis equipment can be installed on-site to purify the water to the various levels required. Drinking quality water can also be produced from this water treatment system.

State-of-the-art air emissions control technology is an integral part of the facility design and operation.

All required balance of plant equipment and plant auxiliaries are included for reliable and safe production of electricity. Rotating equipment will include appropriate enclosures where required for weather protection and noise containment.
