*Telephone / E-mail Support -- HPI provides a telephone / e-mail support service to discuss and assist with problems that may occur during normal working hours. If it is not possible to solve the problem this way, HPI offers a Call-out Service for the benefit of our customers
*Premium Service -- HPI provides a paging system for it 'on-call' engineers, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days per week; this service attracts special field rates.
